IBM is working with the Chinese government for developing tech and business service curriculum for some of the top universities of the country. In association with China’s Ministry of Education, IBM would be introducing services science curriculum within Chinese universities and schools.

The course content would be focused on case studies related to real businesses and scientific programs. The case studies would be covering the areas of industrial engineering, computer science, operations research, management sciences and other disciplines. Working at grass root level would certainly have an impact on the growth of the country. These programs will be helping China in providing effective training to its professionals working in the field of outsourcing.

Henry Chow, G.M, BM’s Greater China operations stated:

We believe this services innovation, the new vision, aligns IBM China with a key priority of the Chinese government, which is the development of a services industry that acts as a catalyst for innovation by both government-owned and private businesses.
